Route 26 Cruisers club is a social club for car enthusiasts. We are friendly, family oriented, and most importantly fun! Most of our events are open to the whole family and your friends. We have no restrictions on the make, model, or year of the car you drive. We have a diverse membership with lots of interests, many years of experience, and a great deal of knowledge. Being a club member is a great way to make new friends that share your interest in cars. It is also important to us that we give back to our community and over the years we have supported many local organizations including Mt. Hood Hospice, Sandy Kiwanis, Sandy Action Center, Estacada Food Bank and more.
Our club was established in 1997 in Sandy, Oregon by a handful of car nuts, who wanted to use their hobby to have fun, serve the community, and encourage young people to get into automotive programs. We are a 501(c)(4) Nonprofit Corporation which means all monies raised after expenses must be used for charitable purposes. We raise money with our 50/50 raffle that is used to buy Christmas gifts for area teenagers in cooperation with the Sandy Kiwanis food drive. We also have a scholarship program that supports students in the automotive program at Mt. Hood Community College.
